All orders are shipped within 48 hours
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Refund & Exchange
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return with full name and address and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Items can not be returned if they are opened unless damaged upon arrival and must be contacted within 2 working days of receiving products. please do not hesitate to contact me if you require further information.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Are there any hidden fees?
The total price of your order will be clearly displayed on your order page before you confirm your purchase. This includes the price of your products plus any delivery charges and taxes that are collected.
Can I pay by cheque, phone or postal order?
At the moment we are only able to accept payment via credit an debit card or paypal until further notice.
When will my order be shipped?
If you place an order before 3pm Monday-Friday (excl. Public Holidays) then your order will be dispatched on the same day. For orders placed after 3pm, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch and your order may be processed the following working day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For UK customers, you should receive your order within 2-3 working days of placing your order depending on your delivery option. If you have not received your order within this time frame, please get in touch.
